A three-day project management training was conducted for 25 program leaders. The training equipped them with technical skills and a deeper understanding of program leadership, enabling them to manage donor-funded projects more effectively. <br>
Stakeholders at all levels were strengthened through structured weekly, monthly, and quarterly engagements.
This process fostered genuine participation, enhanced project ownership, and ensured that stakeholders were actively involved in decision-making. The frequent engagements created a culture of accountability and collaboration, which directly contributed to improved effectiveness, efficiency, and achievement of project goals.
