A three-day project management training was conducted for 25 program leaders. The training equipped them with technical skills and a deeper understanding of program leadership, enabling them to manage donor-funded projects more effectively. <br>

This process fostered genuine participation, enhanced project ownership, and ensured that stakeholders were actively involved in decision-making.
