The six-day TOT program was delivered to supervisory-level government officials and NGO staff. Following the training, the TOT trainers cascaded the knowledge to 2,300 project participants, of whom 80% were female.
These participants, actively engaged in business activities within the project area, reported significant improvements in resilience, market tracing, business expansion, and identification of local opportunities to increase profitability.
